Shree Sunil Kumar, a visiting faculty at the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics and a member of the Pune International Centre wrote an article in The Hindu recently tittled ‘Getting the ‘micropicture’ at the panchayat level’ (Pls read it here). He is also a former Secretary of the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Government of India.
Shree Sunil Kumar, while he was Secretary of MoPR, had appreciated and recommended the Navigated Learning Technology (NLT) to the Gram Panchayats of India for training Elected Representatives of Gram Panchayats.
