Dr. Shankara Prasad
Founder and Managing Trustee
Dr. Shankara Prasad has an M. Tech degree from IIT, Kanpur and Ph.D. in Engineering from State University of New York, Stony Brook.
Dr. Prasad has worked in the Computer industry for more than 20 years with Intel, Bosch, CS2 in USA & Europe and has been a technology consultant for Semiconductor companies in 17 countries. Since 2001, Dr. Prasad is an active e-governance evangelist and his passion is to bring Six Sigma Enterprise philosophy and methodology into the Indian Government domain. He is the architect of a Work Flow Automation software solution for Gram Panchayats, which is specifically developed to make Local Governments digitally enabled. Presently, Dr. Prasad is the Founder and Managing Trustee of Sampoorna Swaraj Foundation, which focuses on implementing ICT solutions (Sampoorna Panchayat Work Flow Automation and Navigated Learning Technology solution) at Gram Panchayats to enable capacity building, participatory democracy and facilitate accountable and transparent local self governments.
S.A. Partha
SA Partha has more than 45 years of experience in Rural Development,
working with communities from grassroot to International level agencies.
He has worked as a resource person for GPDP, developing materials, strategising and in Human Resource Development. He comes in as an excellent advisor, and a network guru who helps the Organization reach
out to all the right crowds.
Krishna Prasad
Krishna Prasad comes from the management field with experience in Marketing and Office Management for nearly 6 years. At SSF, he brings his expertise in Media Production, Process Planning and Management.
Shailaja Shankaranarayana
Shailaja served as the Vice President of Doddurukarapanahally Gram
Panchayat before joining the team. She brings a dynamic and boundless energy to the Organisation with more than 30 years of experience in an
array of fields. She is our Gram Panchayat expert who develops NLT courses to educate our citizens.
Nethrakere Udaya Shankara
Mr. Nethrakere previously worked as a Senior Journalist in the journalism field for more than 35 years starting from Hindustan Samachar. He also served in Prajavani and Vijayavani in various capacities from Reporter to Deputy News Editor apart from serving in Janavani, Munjane, Mungaru and Samyukta Karnataka. Mr. Nethrakere is currently a subject matter expert and a content guru for Gram Panchayat education at SSF. He took main role in designing and restructuring of Sampoorna Swaraj Website and writing of Sampoorna Publications books. He designed the Digital Books of Sampoorna Swaraj Foundation also.
Nagesh Chikkamallayya
Nagesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIE Mysore and an Executive MBA from St. Joseph’s College, Bangalore. He has over 23 years of experience in the IT industry and brings his expertise in management, process improvement, and technology guidance to his role at SSF.
Vani R Gowda
Vani is our software developer who is working on Natural Language Processing Technology. Her enthusiasm and the zeal to uplift rural citizens makes her a perfect fit for the Organziation.
Harshita Harish
Harshita is a mathematician who has effortlessly emerged as the Excel Queen in the Organization. She strongly believes in the power of education. She aspires to be an IAS officer someday.
Lanusunep Pongen
Lanusunep graduated in forestry and environmental sciences. He has a knack for writing and editing content. He aspires to be an educator on Sustainable Development.
